Your Community

  • ADCCLA

The Arts District Community Council LA (ADCCLA) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization made up of a district-wide coalition of community stakeholders whose goal is to preserve, protect and enhance the neighborhood which it serves.

ADCCLA created the very powerful Land Use Committee in conjunction with our LARABA Colleagues and have been instrumental in the sustainable and thoughtful Land Use Policies for the Arts District.

ADCCLA has also taken the lead in advocating for sustainable transportation solutions, and the protection of public spaces and public parks, in addition to encouraging stakeholder education and participation.

  • LARABA

The purpose of the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association (LARABA), a 501(c)3 community betterment association, is to improve the quality of life and enhance opportunities for all Arts District stakeholders by encouraging a lively and healthy social, cultural and economic environment.

LARABA also seeks to preserve and promote the Arts District as a true creative community for the cultural and economic benefit of all Angelenos.

Further, LARABA strives to provide a community forum to develop common goals and engage in cooperative strategies to guide the evolution of the Arts District as it meets future challenges.
